Vienna, 6 July 2023 - Alexander Wolfschwenger (38) takes over with immediate effect as Head the overall management of the Residential Department at Arnold Immobilien. In the newly formed department, where he started as an investment broker in 2018, all residential teams have been combined. This makes the department larger than ever before.
“The demand for residential and development properties has picked up again. Especially among foreign investors, the pressure to invest is already noticeable. With the realignment of the Residential Department, we have prepared ourselves for the market turnaround. Throughout the entire Group we have increased the number of employees to almost 100.” explains Markus Arnold, CEO and sole owner of Arnold Immobilien and Arnold Investments, which currently has its own branches in ten European markets.
Alexander Wolfschwenger adds: “Especially in economically turbulent times, service, advice and consultancy take on a new importance, as there is a lot of capital in the market that wants to be reinvested.”
