To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a committed personality as a Residential Sales Broker (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will professionally support owners and prospective buyers/tenants in the brokerage of residential properties and ensure a smooth process from initial consultation to contract conclusion.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Acquisition and brokerage of residential properties (rental and/or sale)
• Consulting and support for owners as well as purchase/rental prospects
• Conducting viewings and professional presentation of the properties
• Preparation of exposés and compilation of property documents
• Market and price analyses as well as valuation of residential properties
• Coordination and cooperation with internal and external partners (property managers, notaries, clients, etc.)
• Support of the entire brokerage process up to handover

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Initial experience in real estate and/or sales desirable
• Very good German skills, English an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
