We are a European investment broker acting as the connection between institutional investors and wealthy private individuals.

Due to our flat hierarchy, local sales organisation, and international team consisting of experts, we were able to achieve a transaction volume of more than 550 million euros in 2021.

We have been active in our headquarters in Vienna for 10 years. We were able to hold the course without resorting to short-time work over the past months and continue to forge ahead. That is why we are now looking for an investment broker to come support the successful team in the Austrian real estate market.

YOUR PROFILE:

EXPERTISE

• Proven experience and strong interest in international real estate transactions
• Excellent verbal and written German; fluent English; additional languages highly valued

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain ongoing relationships with international private and institutional investors
• Perform financial and technical evaluations of properties worldwide
• Organise and conduct on-site viewings across multiple European markets
• Support clients through cross-border transaction processes
