Arnold Investments is a European investment broker with branches in Berlin, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Prague, Bratislava, and Budapest, specialized in the mediation of investment properties throughout Europe. To expand our team in Berlin, we are looking for a responsible Investment Broker to join us.
You will take over an existing customer portfolio and maintain ongoing contact with private and institutional investors, accompanying them in their activities on the German real estate market. You will support our customers throughout the entire transaction process and thus establish a close and trusting relationship with a variety of personalities. The evaluation of investment properties and the creation of real estate offers are also part of your job.
YOUR PROFILE
EXPERTISE
- Economic or technical education
- Experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of the German language
- Negotiation skills in English
