With branches in Vienna, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Amsterdam, and Stockholm, we accompany institutional investors as well as wealthy private clients in real estate investments in strategically relevant markets.
To further strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for an engaged personality as an Investment Broker (f/m/d).
Your tasks
In this role, you will act as an interface between institutional investors and wealthy private clients and accompany them in their activities on the German real estate market, particularly in the Berlin area.
Your tasks include, in particular:
- Support and advice for customers along the entire transaction process (purchase/sale)
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
- Acquisition and brokerage of investment properties
- Valuation of investment properties and creation of professional real estate offers
- Coordination with internal and external partners (owners, investors, advisors, etc.)
Your profile
Professional qualifications
- Completed legal, economic, or technical training
- Experience in the real estate sector and/or in sales is an advantage
- Very good German skills (at least C1), English at least B2
- Additional foreign languages are a plus
