Investment Broker Commercial (f/m/d) Vienna

With branches in Vienna, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Amsterdam and Stockholm, we support institutional investors and high-net-worth private clients with real estate investments in strategically relevant markets.

To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a committed personality as an Investment Broker Commercial (f/m/d) with a focus on commercial properties and investment assets.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will advise investors and owners on the brokerage of commercial and investment properties and accompany transactions from initial contact through to completion.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Acquisition and brokerage of commercial investments (e.g. office, retail, logistics, mixed-use)
• Support and consulting for investors and owners throughout the entire transaction process
• Analysis, valuation and preparation of commercial investment properties
• Creation of professional investment offers and exposés
• Property inspections and coordination with project stakeholders
• Coordination of data rooms, documents and relevant information during transactions
• Collaboration with internal and external partners (legal advisors, tax consultants, banks, asset managers, etc.)
• Market monitoring, network building and active client development

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Completed legal, business or technical education is an advantage
• Several years of experience in real estate, ideally in the commercial/investment segment or in sales
• Very good German skills (min. C1), English at least B2
• Additional foreign languages are a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
