To drive the strategic development and expansion of our Residential Real Estate business, we are looking for an experienced, sales-strong and entrepreneurial personality as Head of Sales – Residential Real Estate (f/m/d).

In this key role, you will be responsible for building and expanding sales for residential properties (ownership & investment) and will lead this area strategically and operationally – with a focus on private clients, investors and owners.

Your Responsibilities

As Head of Sales – Residential Real Estate, you will take overall responsibility for the sales strategy and its successful implementation. Your tasks include in particular:

  • Development and implementation of a holistic sales strategy in the residential segment
  • Building and expanding a sustainable client and owner network
  • Acquisition and management of sales and marketing mandates
  • Leadership, development and motivation of the sales team
  • Responsibility for proposals, pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Management of the sales pipeline including forecast, reporting and KPI management
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Valuation, Project Development and Management
  • Market and competitor analyses as well as identification of new business opportunities
  • Representation of Arnold Immobilien at client meetings, events and networking functions

Your Profile

Qualifications
  • Several years of sales experience in real estate, ideally in the residential segment
  • Experience leading sales teams is an advantage
  • Real estate, business or comparable education is an advantage
  • Very good German, English an advantage
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Experience working with demanding clients and complex sales processes
