Investment Broker (f/m/d) Prague

We are a leading European real estate firm with offices in 10 European countries looking to expand our successful team in Slovakia. We are dedicated exclusively to the intermediation of residential and other commercial buildings including offices, hotels, logistics warehouses and commercial parks and act as advisors to sellers and buyers.

We are looking for an Investment Broker to help us cover a wide range on investors in Slovakia and the rest of Europe wanting to buy or sell real estate buildings in Slovakia. Investors range from Family offices, Private Wealth, Foundations, Trusts, SPV's, and the major institutional real estate investors. As an Investment Broker, you will look after clients throughout the entire transaction process and thus build up a close and trusting relationship with a wide variety of investors. You will also strongly contribute to the valuation of properties and the creation of investment offers.

YOUR PROFILE

• +2 years professional experience from a leading company
• Client focus mentality
• Proactive and goal-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial and analytical profile
• Business vision with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Highly focused and independent
• Slovak native
• English B2-C1, other languages are an asset
