Investment Broker Acquisition (f/m/d) Vienna

We are constantly growing and therefore looking for you in the responsible position as an Investment Broker to expand our successful team in Vienna.

You will look after customers from first contact up to contract conclusion, thus accompanying them throughout the entire transaction process and building up a close and trusting relationship with a variety of personalities. As a full-time Acquisition Broker, you will constantly monitor market conditions in your target markets, independently carry out initial reviews and evaluations as well as appropriate analyses. The preparation of real estate offers, the ongoing direct customer support, and the expansion of the customer network are also part of your job.

YOUR PROFILE

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Native German + English B2, or
• Native Spanish + German/English B2, or
• Native Dutch + German/English B2, or
• Native Swedish + German/English B2
• Additional languages an advantage

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

• Experience in direct customer contact, sales, or project management
• Ideally, in the real estate sector with regional market knowledge
• Structured way of working, commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit
• A confident demeanor and highly developed social skills due to professional and life experience
